1098-T Forms

When are forms available?

• Immediate access: Available now by downloading directly from the link underlined in red below.
• All forms that were not downloaded will be mailed by a private company by 1/31/2023.

Download Instructions

Go to http://1098tforms.com to download your 1098-T IRS Form. This link is available on the Current Student tab on the UAHT website.  Follow verification instructions carefully. For assistance logging in, students may call 844-689-3824.

Returning students should select the tab at the top of the website.

New students must create an account.

Click box labeled “TO STUDENT ENROLLMENT PAGE” to create an account.

After the account is created, choose to receive electronic version to be printed.  This is the FASTEST option available to download and print your 1098T as soon as it becomes available.

*First-time students currently enrolled in Spring 2024 courses will NOT have a 2023 1098T.

*Students who did not make any payments or receive any financial aid during the 2023 calendar year will NOT have a 2023 1098T.
